Shipping & handling (POLICIES)

If an item is returned, due to the address being invalid, you will be responsible for the fee to reship the item.

If your item(s) are lost in shipping or do not arrive on time PLEASE contact me ASAP. I will do all that I can to fix the issue on my hand.

If the item comes to you damaged and/or torn contact me via twitter or email with a photo and I will see what I can do. This must be done within 24 hours of postal office delivery.

My home is dog friendly, kid friendly, and smoke friendly- I ensure all items do not have a "smell" of any sorts; All items come pre washed and sanitized.

All orders are packed with recyclable and/or compostable material-excludes shipping label- Please follow your areas laws on recycling and composting.
